We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the ENT Department by providing administrative support to our clinical teams.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the ENT Department, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with NHS standards
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems to improve efficiency and productivity
