We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mathematics Educator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in mathematics, including GCSE retakes, Functional Skills, and apprenticeship programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and ensure our curriculum meets the needs of our students.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources that support student learning.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mathematics education.

Requirements:

  • A level 3 qualification in mathematics or a related subject.
  • A recognized teaching qualification (or willingness to gain a teaching qualification).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to student success.
