  • Hold an IAG qualification at level 4 or above.

  • Be able to build effective and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Have a non-judgmental attitude and a commitment to supporting individuals in fulfilling their potential.
  • Be willing to undertake all necessary training and development to ensure expertise in career guidance and employability programs.
