About Us
The Witness Service comprises over 260 staff members and 3000 volunteers, delivering free, independent, impartial, and confidential support to approximately 15,000 witnesses each month who provide testimony in criminal courts across England and Wales.

Last year, Citizens Advice aided 2.6 million individuals through face-to-face consultations, phone calls, emails, and web chats, while our digital advice resources attracted 25 million visits. We successfully resolve 70% of client issues, with 80% of our clients reporting improved circumstances following our assistance.

The Role

As the Assistant Team Supervisor (Court Services), you will collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure the effective delivery of the Witness Service within designated courts.

Your responsibilities will include the coordination and development of volunteers who assist witnesses throughout their experiences in the criminal justice system.

You will also handle general administrative tasks related to service operations within the courts, along with maintaining service data input.
