About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Taunton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive role model to promote Grandir UK's values and ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
  • Supervise and support children at all times, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment, preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, ensuring adherence to the Early Years Foundation stage requirements.
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues, ensuring confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required.
