Key Responsibilities

Editorial Expertise

  • Proven history of producing diverse written outputs
  • Ability to craft content that resonates with various audiences
  • Offer expert editorial advice, including strategic insights on written materials for the team and senior management
  • Devise customized solutions to fulfill client requirements and enhance project clarity
  • Confidently review and approve written work from other editorial team members

Strategic and Scientific Guidance

  • Act as a trusted scientific advisor and client consultant for your assigned accounts, earning their respect and trust
  • Possess a thorough and confident grasp of clients' scientific strategies
  • Provide scientific expertise and counsel to the broader Health Unlimited team as the content lead
  • Recognized as an internal authority across multiple therapy areas
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and convert them into new or ongoing client engagements

Leadership and Team Development

  • Mentor and manage team members, enhancing their writing skills and editorial knowledge through coaching and practical experience
  • Ensure the highest standards of scientific integrity and clinical accuracy across all projects and teams
  • Identify and implement improvements to the efficiency and quality of the scientific content team

New Business Development

  • Demonstrated experience in leading scientific narratives for new business proposals
  • Generate innovative ideas and proposals for organic growth with existing clients

Essential Skills

  • Confidently manage timelines and execution of account deliverables
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a history of successful new business proposals
  • High standards in grammar and a strong understanding of the editorial skills necessary for effective communication
  • Outstanding writing abilities and meticulous attention to detail
