We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at LiveWest. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage and coordinate facilities-related tasks and projects
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team, including processing invoices and using financial systems
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports, including reporting practices and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements
- Proven experience in a facilities-related role or administrative support position
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of corporate health and safety procedures
- First aid and fire warden training
- Manual handling and facilities management experience
