Audio Typist - Healthcare Support
Position Overview:
As an Audio Typist within the healthcare sector, you will play a vital role in providing essential secretarial and administrative assistance to various community clinics and healthcare professionals. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Addressing a backlog of audio typing assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Delivering a client-centered service to clinic users, which includes coordinating appointments and managing workloads in collaboration with all personnel.
  • Transcribing and typing medical reports that include clinical terminology and general correspondence as required.
  • Exhibiting strong audio typing capabilities.
  • Demonstrating excellent IT proficiency, with the ability to quickly adapt to new databases.
  • Being fully adept with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possessing an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care, or equivalent relevant experience (preferred).
