About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at Next. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who can lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results. You will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Requirements:
