About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Advisor to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales through our premium beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling our premium beauty products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and trends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a customer-first mindset

  • You may have experience in a retail environment, but we can invest in your development to fill in any gaps

  • You will be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
