About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you'll be responsible for providing an efficient cleaning service and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional cleaning services to internal communal areas, including offices, common spaces, and other facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, group policies, and procedures.
• Support the external areas team as needed, including sharing a van and working in partnership with another team member.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to ensure our communities and working environments are maintained to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Strong cleaning background with a good working knowledge of estate management issues.
• Valid driving license.
• Working knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Satisfactory Basic DBS check.
