Key Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our supportive team, you will assist patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures. The role includes the provision of the fully funded SFA course and support for any additional training deemed beneficial for your professional growth.

  • Deliver outstanding patient care while performing scrub duties for a diverse patient caseload.
  • Communicate complex, sensitive, or contentious information effectively.
  • Enhance your own skills and knowledge, as well as that of your colleagues.
  • Advocate for best practices in health, safety, and security.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of services.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and the rights of individuals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions or conditions on registration.
  • Minimum of one year of scrub experience in any of the following specialties: orthopaedics, ENT, ophthalmics, spinal, or general surgery.
  • Demonstrates compassion and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
  • Possesses strong communication skills.
