Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist / Administrator at Tollcross Health Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and efficient service to patients
  • Manage the front desk and reception area
  • Handle patient queries and concerns
  • Process patient records and maintain confidentiality
  • Work accurately and conscientiously in a high-pressure environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in a General Medical Practice environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent computer skills and ability to work accurately
  • Flexibility to work variable hours and cover shifts
