The service operates continuously with shifts of 12.5 hours. As a Supportive Care Assistant on a flexible bank contract, you will have the autonomy to choose your preferred shifts weekly.
Work Environment:
You will be part of a specialized facility designed to support women diagnosed with emerging or personality disorders.
In partnership with the multidisciplinary team, you will engage in thoughtful practices, high levels of interaction, and creative activity planning to support each woman's recovery process.
The primary aim of the service is to empower these women to confront detrimental behaviors, adopt effective coping strategies, and strive towards fulfilling their personal aspirations.
