Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper in overseeing the housekeeping department and improving team productivity.
  • Manage a busy housekeeping department in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Hotel General Manager and Senior Management team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
  • Ensure compliance with all company health and safety policies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate high standards of quality and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in hospitality, with a focus on housekeeping operations.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work different and/or additional hours as required.
