Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients, ensuring that their HR needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of HR-related matters, including terms and conditions, policy, and processes.
  • Support the HR team in preparing and checking case management paperwork, including attendance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Communicate HR policy and processes to managers, trade union representatives, and peers, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Deliver effective business support activities within a busy HR team, utilizing your knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Accurately and consistently input data into HR systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
