**Job Summary**

Exeter College is seeking a highly motivated part-time Netball Coach to join our thriving Netball Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Sport Academy provision and contribute to the success of our Faculty of Sport and PE.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coach netball teams to maximize individual and team performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Sport Academy Co-ordinator and Netball Coaching staff to achieve academic and sporting excellence
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their netball skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

  • Relevant netball coaching and first aid qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
