p>At Ideal Recruit Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled QA Auditor to join our client in Skelmersdale.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems expert to provide technical support to all departments, ensuring food safety, quality, legislative standards, and customer requirements are consistently met and managed.

  • As a QA Auditor, you will work a rotational shift-based rota, identifying non-conformances and collaborating with colleagues to implement corrective actions, while ensuring quality inspection and rating measures align with required standards.
  • You will be a key contributor in driving customer complaints and waste down to within or exceed KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hygiene inspections
  • Perform GMP audits
  • Carry out PPM audits
  • Conduct traceability audits
  • Assist in controlling non-conforming products
  • Audit comprehensive QC records
  • Complete routine 'red pen checks' end to end
  • Conduct product quality panels
  • Support the management of packaging stocks
