Role Overview
As a Careline Response Officer, you will play a crucial role in connecting our vulnerable clients with the necessary support services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing both emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring a professional and compassionate service.
- Visiting clients' homes to assist individuals who have fallen, utilizing specialized equipment for safe lifting.
- Coordinating with emergency services, healthcare professionals, and other organizations to guarantee that clients receive appropriate assistance.
- Contributing to the well-being of older and disabled individuals, helping them maintain their independence and safety at home.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage sensitively with diverse individuals.
- Proven experience in high-pressure environments, demonstrating initiative and self-reliance.
- Competence in using computer systems for accurate data entry and retrieval.
- A valid Driver's License for manual vehicles (a vehicle will be provided for work purposes).
