About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Print Sales Director to join our team at Authentix. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the security printing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the security printing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics, with experience in developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the security printing industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience working in a high-tech, customer-facing, sophisticated, and complex product company.
  • Proven experience working independently in a role, but also having supported turnkey cross-functional leadership.
