About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Director to lead our Mental Health service at Rosebank House. As a senior clinician with a strong background in leading high-performing teams, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients.
  • Ensure both quality and financial targets are met, and lead the senior management team on site to develop local strategy and ensure adherence to the service's objectives.
  • Promote and enhance the hospital's reputation for specialist care and service.
  • Fulfill the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations.
  • Engage with ICBs and other stakeholders to drive service development and improvement.
Requirements
  • Excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector.
  • Clinical background in and understanding of mental health services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operational activities within a health sector organisation.
  • Working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors.
