Business Loss Claims Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Business Loss Claims Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Capital Delivery teams, forensic accountants, and solicitors to manage business loss claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing business loss claims against a matrix of guidance and collaborating with third-party claims handlers and external solicitors.
  2. Gathering information to progress business loss claims efficiently.
  3. Liaising with capital and reactive teams to secure funding and arrange payments.
  4. Helping to promote accurate work records and incident details within the Severn Trent Group.
  5. Building relationships with departments across Severn Trent to ensure effective insurance claim management.
