  • Oversee artwork changes, collaborating with external design agencies, printers and suppliers and proofread amended artwork.
  • Obtain and raise new part codes in relation to artwork changes within IFS ERP System.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of artwork specifications, revisions, and approvals.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • Maintain component Change Log, conducting regular audits or artwork files and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain digital colour library.
  • Support monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Support packaging manager in packaging projects where required.

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with company stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptive and able to use own initiative.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and other computer systems e.g. ERP Systems.
  • Experience of using Adobe Acrobat.
