As a CBT Therapist at Priory Group, you will be working in the outpatient team to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessment, formulation, and treatment to clients. You will work closely with relevant other professionals as appropriate and communicate in a skilled and sensitive manner, information concerns the assessment, formulation, and treatment plans to clients.
Key Duties- Provide CBT based assessment, formulation, and treatment for people experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Undertake and manage a clinical caseload in accordance with operational policy.
- Attend monthly clinical supervision to develop knowledge, skills, and promote access to clinical excellence.
- High levels of clinical governance are expected, including all documentation as required by the service.
We are looking for a qualified CBT Therapist with a Doctoral Clinical/Counselling Psychology with BABCP accreditation or working towards this. Or, registered health professional and BABCP Accredited. You will have assessed experience of working as a qualified CBT therapist. Or, experience of working in mental health delivering CBT treatment. You will be able to deliver interventions to a wide range of clients.
