Role Summary
We are looking for a proficient Lead Ophthalmic Imaging Specialist to spearhead the development and management of our Ophthalmic Imaging services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in ophthalmic imaging techniques and technologies.
This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee and enhance high-quality diagnostic services that aid clinicians in the assessment, monitoring, and treatment of intricate eye conditions. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising the diagnostic imaging services at the Eye Infirmary, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and personnel to deliver top-tier clinical effectiveness and patient care.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to Ophthalmic photographers, imaging technicians, and administrative staff.
- Demonstrating a meticulous approach to patient care and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
About the Team
The Ophthalmology Directorate comprises a diverse team of professionals dedicated to various subspecialties, including cataract surgery, emergency eye care, and pediatric ophthalmology, among others. Our services are designed to cater to both inpatient and outpatient needs.
