Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on kitchen design and sales, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our design team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of kitchen designs and installations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of kitchen design and sales principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
