Our client is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST (TRAVEL SERVICES) to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring effective multitasking and collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering efficient home-to-school transport solutions and managing various transport services for children and adults.
  • Engaging with parents, caregivers, and transport providers to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Compiling and maintaining accurate records of service contracts, including performance and financial data.
  • Generating reports and maintaining logs using various IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational background at the college or university level, or equivalent experience in a busy office setting.
  • Proficient in IT systems, particularly Windows-based applications.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry capabilities.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, such as a passport or birth certificate with National Insurance documentation.
