About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Lead to join our Strategy Execution team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective governance is in place across our portfolio and will be responsible for escalating key risks, issues, or gaps in governance and contributing to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the EPMO team to ensure compliance of overarching delivery processes
  • Project & Programme governance and delivery assurance
  • Engage with business stakeholders and resource owners to understand capacity bottlenecks and proposed mitigation
  • Provide management insight on project delivery health (risks, issues, change, etc.) at an enterprise level
  • Continuously improve processes and tools to support effective delivery
Requirements
  • Experienced Enterprise PMO and delivery management professional
  • Subject Matter Expert: PMO, Project, Programme & Portfolio Management, Continuous Process Improvement
  • The credibility necessary to engage stakeholders from across the organisation
  • Ability to flex between the strategic and the operational
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence
  • High level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment
