'Classroom Supervisor
Key Responsibilities of a Classroom Supervisor:
Overseeing the instructional materials provided by the absent educator.
Ensuring students have the necessary resources and understanding to complete the assigned tasks.
Managing student behavior during lessons to guarantee high-quality work completion.
Being available to assist with any inquiries students may have regarding the assignments.
Addressing any immediate issues or emergencies that arise.
Collecting completed assignments post-lesson and returning them to the relevant educator or department.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferably at the secondary level).
Strong presence in the classroom with the ability to manage behavior effectively.
Capability to establish rapport with students, staff, and parents.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (this is preferred but not mandatory).
