Role SummaryAs a key member of the management team, you will report directly to the Store Manager.
In the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager, you will assume full responsibility for store operations.
Your role encompasses all aspects of store management, including recruitment, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.Your Store Manager will support you in driving your team's performance to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
You will lead by example, adopting a hands-on approach to inspire your team, foster a positive work environment, and create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.We will equip you with the necessary training, skills, and knowledge to deliver customer service that aligns with our ambition of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.

Ideal Candidate Profile- Proven experience in the retail sector, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or management role.
- Flexible availability to accommodate a dynamic retail environment, including the ability to work varied shifts throughout the week.
- A genuine passion for retail, with a track record of achieving high standards and excellent results.
- Strong team player with outstanding communication skills to motivate and engage your team.
- Willingness to undergo 6 months of comprehensive training covering essential aspects of the role, including pet care, customer service, and health and safety.
