Embedded Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team, working on innovative projects and contributing to the development of market-leading wireless products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, test, and implement firmware for our portfolio of devices
  2. Work on agile projects from initial requirements to production and commercial deployment
  3. Develop and debug system software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  4. Review and improve existing code, ensuring it meets legislative and regulatory requirements
  5. Develop an expert working knowledge of our products to provide post-development support
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in software engineering and a passion for coding
  2. Solid programming experience in C, C++, and Python
  3. Understanding of pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems
  4. Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
  5. Knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems
  6. A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably 5, and knowledge of Continuous Integration and Unit testing
