Position Overview:We are seeking to hire a Care Team Leader who is prepared to elevate their career in the field of care. As a Care Team Leader with Helping Hands, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding the next wave of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional support to our clients.
Your involvement will commence from the initial interview of a new carer and continue throughout their journey with Helping Hands. You will provide mentorship and assistance to new carers while collaborating with the office team on recruitment, compliance, and client feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Guaranteeing that Carers receive training of the utmost quality
- Assisting the branch team with compliance and auditing processes
- Conducting spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
- Engaging with clients to assess and review care plans
- Performing risk assessments
