We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide strategic employment law advice, handling complex employment tribunal claims, restructuring, and redundancy cases. They will also have experience with cross-border issues, grievances at senior level, and an interest in M&A and outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert employment law advice to clients;
  • Manage complex employment tribunal claims and restructuring cases;
  • Develop and implement employment law strategies for clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' PQE;
  • Strong academic background;
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of the operations of a large international firm;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Desire to be involved in cross-office initiatives.
