Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
* Lead a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care and support
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
* Monitor and report on resident progress and well-being

Requirements:

* Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification (England) or equivalent
* 2 years' experience in children's residential care
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
