Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and management to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Experience working within company-defined menus and recipes
  • Manage staff rosters and allocation of work details
  • Develop and grow the team through training and coaching
  • Ensure accurate food ordering, stock control, and correct storage of food stocks
  • Maintain high operational and personal standards of hygiene and presentation
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including Food Safety, Fire, Health and Safety, Licensing, and Employment laws
