About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist at Sina Health Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information, including medical records and test results.
- Patient Care
- Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork, and provide clear instructions on next steps.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software.
