About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist at Sina Health Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information, including medical records and test results.
  • Patient Care
    • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.

Requirements

  • Education

  • Experience
