About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Kings Lynn as a Retail Sales Assistant. This is a temporary 12-month contract to cover Maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every store visit is exceptional for our customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.
  • Be on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences.
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
  • Help to maintain the store's appearance, including general housekeeping and cleaning, and updating displays.
Requirements
  • Engaging and positive personality, with a natural ability to bond with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Flexibility to work full-time (38.5 hours per week), including weekends and bank holidays.
