About the Role

Fawkes and Reece, a leading national house builder, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their sales team in the Greater Manchester region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across multiple sites and house ranges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met, adhering to company policies and agreed time frames.
  • Conduct market research, advertising, and other marketing events to provide a strong pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Assess customer requirements quickly and respond appropriately, building rapport and trust.
  • Maintain high-quality show homes and materials, providing tours and product information to potential customers.
  • Promote products and homes, highlighting features and benefits, and provide accurate and meaningful customer data and insight to key colleagues and departments.
  • Liaise with external bodies, such as solicitors and financial advisers, to ensure seamless transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience in property sales and customer service.
  • Good working knowledge of the house building industry.
  • Significant knowledge of negotiation and sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret and manage self against tracking systems and procedures.
