Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across multiple sites and house ranges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met, adhering to company policies and agreed time frames.
- Conduct market research, advertising, and other marketing events to provide a strong pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Assess customer requirements quickly and respond appropriately, building rapport and trust.
- Maintain high-quality show homes and materials, providing tours and product information to potential customers.
- Promote products and homes, highlighting features and benefits, and provide accurate and meaningful customer data and insight to key colleagues and departments.
- Liaise with external bodies, such as solicitors and financial advisers, to ensure seamless transactions.
- Experience in property sales and customer service.
- Good working knowledge of the house building industry.
- Significant knowledge of negotiation and sales approaches.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to interpret and manage self against tracking systems and procedures.
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
- Commission per plot and additional bonuses, including quarterly bonuses.
