Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Family Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective legal advice and representation to clients in divorce, finance, and private children matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court filings.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation sessions, and court hearings.
• Manage a varied caseload of private law Family matters, including divorce, finance, and private children work.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE.
• Experience handling a diverse caseload of Private Family matters across all domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
