Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team in the Thames Valley region. As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters to a wide range of clients across the public, private, and third sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, primarily supporting employer clients.
  • Acting for leading employers in various sectors, including household-name retail clients, NHS, government, and third sector organizations.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies, including seminars, webinars, and networking events.
  • Assisting partners in supervising and developing junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical expertise and solid intellectual ability.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to a career in employment law.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Relationship-driven and personable.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong client and matter management skills.
  • A track record of successful practice development.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Exceptional self-motivation and ability to assume responsibility for your own matters.
