At Engage Education, we focus on delivering personalized assistance to learners aged 2 to 19 who face a spectrum of special educational challenges, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our commitment lies in fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where every learner can excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group support to students, facilitating their engagement with educational content and the development of crucial life skills.
  • Assist in the execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Guide students in behavior management through de-escalation techniques and various strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to establish a consistent and supportive environment.
