We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Access Strategy and Pricing (GASP) team. As the Director of Global Market Access and Pricing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our innovative therapies are accessible to patients and healthcare providers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global market access strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective access to our products
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that balance business needs with patient access and affordability
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify and address market access barriers and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, governments, and healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to inform market access and pricing strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in market access and pricing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
