Key Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Engineering Manager:

  • Lead and oversee teams responsible for technical design tasks, ensuring adherence to applicable design standards and codes while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and budgets to meet critical milestones and schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with teams both domestically and internationally to provide cohesive design solutions.
  • Establish and uphold quality assurance benchmarks in design processes.
  • Expand, nurture, and oversee the heavy civil engineering expertise within the organization.


Possess extensive knowledge in the design and analysis of heavy civil engineering structures, including reinforced concrete and/or steel, with experience spanning all design phases and construction stages.
