About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Technician to join our team at UCL. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our Planon system and supporting processes to provide key space data and information, facilitating strategic decision making across all our portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of Planon software, practical experience of using AutoCad/Revit software, and excellent IT skills in the MS Office suite, Tableau, Power BI or similar. They will also have strong analytical skills, ability to compile or challenge technical/building data, and strong attention to detail.

About You
  • Significant experience of Planon software with demonstrable experience of using this software to manage space in a complex organisation.
  • Practical experience and up to date ability to use AutoCad/Revit software and other relevant applications to produce space drawings and reports.
  • Excellent IT skills in the MS Office suite, Tableau, Power BI or similar to produce data and management information to Senior members in the client.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to compile or challenge technical/building data, specifications, with strong attention to detail etc.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge and experience of complex data management; li>
  • Data management skills including the ability to use MS Excel to organise and manipulate data.
  • Building rapport and being comfortable with others across different cultures and backgrounds.
