We are seeking a seasoned NetIQ Identity and Access Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in NetIQ technologies, including NetIQ Access Manager (NAM), NetIQ Advanced Authentication, and Identity and Access Management (IdAM).

The successful candidate will possess robust technical expertise in scalable environments and will be adept at designing, implementing, and sustaining identity, access, and privilege management solutions.

Proficiency in concepts such as Tiered Access Models, Zero Trust principles, Least Privilege Access, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication is highly advantageous.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold identity and access management (IAM) architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Design and deploy NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) solutions to effectively manage user identities, access permissions, and provisioning workflows.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) to automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and synchronization tasks.
  • Integrate NetIQ products with external identity providers, directories, and applications utilizing industry-standard protocols such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth.
  • Collaborate with enterprise directories (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP) and third-party identity providers to enhance authentication and authorization processes.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in NetIQ Identity Manager
  • Proficiency in NetIQ Access Manager (NAM)
  • Knowledge of NetIQ Advanced Authentication
  • Understanding of Tiered Access Model Concepts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration
  • Knowledge of Security Best Practices

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £60,000-70,000 per annum
