Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain kdb+ codebases for our historical market data platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features and enhancements
* Lead the training and development of junior engineers in London
* Work effectively in a small, flat, and regionally distributed team

Requirements:

* Hands-on kdb+ development experience and exposure to financial market data
* Strong understanding of kdb+ architecture and design best practices
* Experience leading teams and coaching/developing junior engineers
* Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles
