Job Title: Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Enisca Browne. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for producing project tender packages for existing and new clients within the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret project briefs and create pricing schedules that capture all required scope.
  2. Conduct research to determine the cost of materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
  3. Collaborate with the supply chain to obtain quotes and conduct site visits as needed.
  4. Liaise with the project controls team to build a tender program that ensures adequate project preliminaries are applied.
  5. Assess risk levels associated with projects and ensure adequate risk is applied to price and program.
  6. Prepare and present tender quotations internally for review and approval.
  7. Present tender quotations to clients.
  8. Support bids for new contracts and frameworks.
  9. Assist with handover to the project delivery team and support the activities of buyers as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to make decisions and demonstrate accountability and integrity.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with the team and transfer skills to others to achieve business objectives.
  3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to strategize to meet the long-term vision of the company.
  4. Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. EUSR water hygiene card.
  2. Competency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Competency in using Microsoft Project.
