Job Summary:

RBUK Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, employment matters, and settlement agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage or assist with a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Employment matters
  • Settlement agreements
  • TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) cases
  • Neighbour/boundary disputes
  • Will and inheritance disputes
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and correspond with clients, solicitors, and other parties.
  • Prepare cases for litigation and manage the procedural aspects of cases through to settlement or trial.
  • Offer professional advice and support to clients while maintaining high levels of client care and service.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and relevant legal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in civil litigation, either in an assisting role or handling own files.
  • Experienced fee earner, NQ Solicitor or legal executive
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
