About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Unify. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the mechanical and electrical systems of our client's buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair building mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine tests and checks on building systems, including fire alarms and disabled toilet alarms.
  • Conduct basic A/C works, fault finding, and PPM (Predictive Maintenance) works.
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve building energy efficiency.
  • Perform inspections, diagnose and fix equipment issues, and conduct repairs across different systems.
Requirements
  • 18th edition qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime and on-call schedule.
