Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership and Management
Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
Utilize proven project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalize projects, ensuring a high level of competence and a positive team environment.
Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including functional and technical resources, to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering SAP solutions that meet their expectations.
Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including external clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Present updates, findings, and project deliverables to senior management and stakeholders at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
Establish clear escalation paths and procedures for critical project issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
- Budget and Resource Management
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and the efficient use of capital.
Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success and profitability.
- Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, industry trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project management practices within the company.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and processes, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of SAP implementation and delivery.
- Team Development
Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development, ensuring a strong and capable team is in place to deliver projects.
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of project-related personnel, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and expertise to succeed.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with at least 3 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA deployments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects for major clients.
You will also possess:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and the challenges of its implementation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification being an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate delivery methodology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
